British slang, isn't it? Or at least,it's primarily used by the British.

Well I generally understood THAT meaning.

But it's British!!!!!!!!! I thought is might have meant something else. Haven't you heard OTHER British slang? It isn't even ENGLISH!

Well I fixed 'is' to 'isn't'. There rest shouldn't be that hard to understand.

I've heard actual British slang used in real-life dialogue; it is VERY confusing.

Heh, ever seen Ocean's 11 (2000)? Basher, the black British guy uses a handful of British slang. Takes a few times trough his dialogue to really understand what he's saying.

this is from red. i think it might mean the american equivelent of the insult "dick" but i cant be sure
