Your comparison lacks basis; this has been going on for a while now, and has dwindled down.

Then you start suddenly posting such 'criticisms' that spark such as which you denounce.

Oh yes, this is clearly a desperate act to justify your actions, as you are now trying to find any excuse for what you have done (sorry, that's a bit of a low blow).  I would ask you to point some similarity between this and the band please, other than the fact that all of us are involved; that is a given.

Here is a hypthetical; we find a singer who sings better than you who also can play guitar while he sings.  We kick you out.

Not that that matters in the first place, as all of us started this at the same time!  I have evidence saying that I was the first one to put forth any effort; but that's not what I'm saying, that's what YOU said about you and Scott.  I was the first one to get my instrument and start practicing, which supports what I just said, but is not WHY i say it. 

For all of you reading that may not be able to follow, here is the story.  A certain group of members of this forum, including myself, started a band.  This happened almost two years ago.

It wasn't well decided who was going to play what, however, I did manage to get my instrument (guitar) first and start practicing. It is SOME ONE'S arguement that another member of the band was working before I was.

Excuse me?

Anyway, other members of the band started getting instruments.  We all started getting pretty good at it.  Then we found a drummer.  This drummer did not live nearby, so he had to drive to the practices.

 

It soon became apparent that one particular member did not want me in the band, so far as to try to convice others that I was kicked out, and call on days for practice that I made it clear that I wasn't going to be home (also, I DID check the call histories, according to them, I was called only ONCE).  It seemed that they went along with this: I wasn't informed of any practices AT ALL.  Eventually this was straightened out, and there were a good number of practices after that. 

 

Things slowed down because the drummer could not come to practice regularly, understandable because he lived a good distance away.  Thoughout all this, the member that was then opposed to me being in the band quit and came back twice (if this number is worng, plz complain, but I know he did that at least once).

It then came to pass that a band this one particular member was in had some members itself that could practice regularly (to the point, a drummer and a guitarist).  It most certainly seemed decided that the old drummer was to be replaced by the new one and not be told....

 

Similarly, this happened to me.  However, then it was *decided* (piffff) that I could be back in the band because one of the guitarists from the other band sucked.  Then, because of something the new drummer said (no ill-will towards ya), I was once again 'removed.'

Another thing, I think of this forum as that saying; "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." 

This means that here we say things but we don't really talk about them in real life, or at least I TRY not to, except for at times when the forums is the point of subject (ex. at a moderator meeting).

How can you say that arrogance in this band is a problem.  Through-out all the practices, I never complained about what we practiced, or even really make any requests until we decided to vote on songs to play.  You say my 'arrogance' is a problem, yet it is so obvious that Scott is trying to rid of me, and you say I'm the problem.

 

Honestly, I was left out of the loop while all of this was happening, and now you're putting me down because of it?

You also once said it was because Scott is better at guitar.  A decent arguement, but how do you prove it?

I'm not saying that I'M better that Scott is, but I have tried to play what Scott usually does, and can't because my amp doesn't have that much distortion.  At least I have tried to play what he likes to; he completely ignores what I usually play.  And I  have the arrogance problem.  This goes on th say; Maybe HE can't play what I play?

I'm not saying that I have any more right to stay in the band any more than you, Scott, or anyone else.  I'm just saying that I have AS MUCH right as any of you to stay in.  That is not at all unreasonable, and I have put up with this once before.  Neither times have I done anything to deserve it.  I have been reasonable in handling this, I think.

Also, I could use what I just said to argue that I should have more weight in the band, but I'M NOT!  I'm just arguing that I should have enough right to STAY IN the band for Pete's Sake!

As you can imagine, I am very angry about this.  I'm trying to post in a reasonable uninsulting post to argue my point.

I don't think you have to right to tell me to calm down after you came all flustered to Redwinter not so long ago.
