Here is some background. Dave Mustane used to be in Metallica, but then he was kicked for doin drugs. Mad, he cleaned up his act and formed Megadeth. It's music is somewhat similar yet in opposition to Metallica.

I myself prefer Megadeth. I believe that Metallica's singing style and the presentation of most of their chorus's is lacking in way that Megadeth's doesn't.

Truthfully, I prefer Metallica. a few reasons (these aren't all of them) 1. The Unforgiven 2. Master of Puppets 3. Dyer's Eve 4. Hero of the Day 5. Nothing Else Matters 6. Sad But True You get the idea. not to say that Megadeath doesn't have good songs, because I believe that Megadeath r00lz all of those other poser metal bands. I just prefer Metallica. SO DON'T TAKE OFFENCE OR SOMETHING IF YOU THINK THAT MEGADEATH IS BETTER, I'M JUST EXPRESSING MY OPINION.
