What Games are good and New

I'm looking for a good game(s) to get for Christmas (For Computer or PS2 or Gameboy Advance)

I like Warcraft 3 (mostly for its map editor and fanmade maps)
I like Strategy and Wargames (Simcity 4 seems okay, but i would rather get something a bit better, with more action)
I liked Rollercoaster Tycoon 2
I really like StarCraft

Well anyway I like Strategy and Wargames especially ones that I can adjust and add my personal stuff too. Just suggest some and I'll look them up

Rise of Nations is awesome. Its a real-time strategy game like Warcraft and Starcraft. It's kinda old but still awesome.

Civilazation 3 is a great stradegy game
and its cheap Civ 4 just came out havnt tryed it but i have herd its good

Pobably not quite your type of game, but it is strategy- Fire Emblem for GBA.  Either of them, I think, but I've only ever played the first one that came out in the US and I can't be bothered to see if it had a subtitle.

Condemned: Criminal Origins. This game practically recreats the First-Perso Genre.

Black and White 2. This game looks fantastc, as did the first one. (not too sure if it's out yet)

I've heard some really good stuff about Rise of Nations and Civ 4.

If you have a DS (i think it's for the DS), I heard that Metroid Pinball is good. Also for the DS (don't remember the games name), there is a game that mixes pinball with stradegy. Very weird, but very cool.

I REALLY hate text based games.

At least games like nOtprOn (obviously low budget and easy to make like text-based games) produce a very unique challenge.

Don't take this personally.

It's not text-based, though, it just used the chracters on the keyboard to make the graphics. 


And there's also a version in the download that uses pictures, but it kind of takes away from the experience, I think.

Have you seen Return to Zork. I wouldn't wish playing that on anyone. I would pick something like the electric chair; it is much more humane.
